Set the guest access settings for your team

1. Go to Team verwalten and select

   

2. Select the permission for a guest user

   

Invite a guest

1. Select Mitglied hinzufügen

   

2. Enter the mail address to invite the guest

   

3. The guest will receive a mail from Microsoft (Steps for the guest)

   

4. After clicking on the link, the guest has to create an account

   

5. Follow the steps to complete the registration

6. Your guest will receive a verification code which he has to fill in

   

   

7. The last step is to allow check some permission for the account

   

8. After this step, the guest is able to join your team
